Since The Salesman has his monthly sales meeting on dear Baby’s birthday, we celebrated a day early! Yeah for extending the birthday celebration! And officially no school for Baby on her birthday! I think Baby is darlin’.
The Birthday Girl requested: Swiss Cheese Club Quesadillas and Black Beans and Yellow Rice. And those adorable lace baby booties in the background, they graced her precious little baby feet just 14 years ago!
Delicious!
And Miss Fabulous Fourteen made her favorite salsa which she’s made numerous times since our first common meal round the Siesta table with the No Other God’s Study by Kelly Minter.
And Baby requested this scrumptious chocolate cake roll and generously helped make the cake.
With fresh mint from The Author’s garden, it looked like a magazine picture, a little unlike this experience in the kitchen.
The spongy cake was sprinkled with blueberries and filled with cookies and cream ice cream.
