We had a window of time after an orthodontist appointment and before music lessons started. What do you do when you have a few extra minutes? We decided to take in a beautiful view. The weather has been warmer here this week and we stopped the car, rolled the windows down and the teens studied for exams while I did some Bible study. I mostly enjoyed the view. The whole earth is full of His glory! When Victoria Leigh finished exams, she made a recipe of Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies for her sissy to take to Disciple Now this weekend.I loved how she stacked them on the cooling rack (after they had cooled). I couldn’t help but call them chocolate chip cross cookies. Her sissy and friends will be pleased! And she also whipped up some zucchini bread for breakfast and to take to her great grandmother this weekend.
After budding Betty Crocker cleaned up the kitchen, she was ready to take a bike ride together. We got the bikes out for the first time this year. The sunset never fails to amaze me.It was lovely from the kitchen window; but I seemed so much closer to this marvelous masterpiece while on the bicycle ride with with Victoria Leigh. We serve an incredibly creative God. The pink he used in the sky just tickles me. I love pink!

Good morning, Lora,
I just love reading about your life and your teens. Makes me look forward to mine growing up rather than dreading it. All too often I see teenage girls (or hear about them or remember what it was like to be one) and freak out a little.
Thanks for sharing a bit of your life!
Joanne
