Merry Memory Monday to you! I pray you had a wonderful Mother’s Day and that your week is off to a wonderful start. My memory work was from I Corinthians 1:5-8. I tucked verses 5&6 in my heart this week:
“that in everything you (Lora) were enriched in Him, in all speech and all knowledge, even as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you (Lora),”
I had to personalize it. Just loved putting my name in, it gave me hope! And I’m going to continue with the same passage for next week. I’ll review 5&6 and tuck 7&8 in my heart:
“so that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who will also confirm you to the end, blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
A few flower pictures from the Sunday Mother’s Day celebration:
Lady Banks roses on the buffet.
Audra’s roses on our table set for Mother’s Day. This vase was later moved to her room because Audra won a door prize at a luncheon we attended with my grandmother on Saturday.
The door prize(Cherry Red Double Impatiens) in one of my Grandmother Beatrice’s planters became the centerpiece for our luncheon table.

Beautiful flowers!! I hope you had a blessed Mother’s Day!!
I’m working on memorizing Isaiah 55. Have been for a while now and will be for another couple of weeks. There are 13 verses in the chapter and it has been a blessing to me.

The flowers are so lovely! And the scripture verse. . . how it blessed my soul as I read it and added my name there!

Lora you are such a precious jewel in my life.
Shall the Lord allow me the privilege of seeing you and hugging you in person on this side of heaven? I do not know. However, I do rejoice in knowing that it WILL happen in Glory!
I have taken the WORD the LORD has given to you to impart to my family literally and with humility so much so I shall print off your message and read it to my family and then place it within the pages of the Book that blesses my entire being — the BIBLE. The Word of God.
"Isaiah 59:21
"As for Me, this is My covenant with them (the Shaw family)," says the LORD: "My Spirit which is upon you (Lisa), and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor form the mouth of your offspring (Katrice & Adriana), nor from the mouth of your offspring's offspring (Layla and Rhianna)," says the LORD, "from now and forever."
Thank you for being His willing vessel — eager to bless and may all of those blessings come back to you and your precious family.
I love you.

Lora,
The flowers are so beautiful and I love Grandmother Beatrice’s planter. I have never seen one like it(and I thought I had seen everything). Does it have a hallmark on the bottom?
Verses memorized are so wonderful to have when you get old and can’t sleep, they just pop into your mind when you need them.
