The rooster lamp sat on our kitchen table for years and provided the perfect ambiance for family meals. I so enjoyed having all of us gathered around the table and I certainly had enjoyed this ceramic lamp and plaid shade.
A few years ago, we moved to town and I’ve slowly been re-doing our rooms. In our new home, the rooster lamp has been in the breakfast room. I have had the room repainted and while the table and chairs were moved out of the room for painting, The Salesman decided he liked having them in his office! So, I have bought new chairs and a bookcase; but am still looking for the perfect table… I am going with a grey and white theme in the room, so the rooster lamp is leaving the roost, as is most of the other breakfast room decor!
Do you have a favorite lamp at home? Most of our lamps, we have had for many years. I, not so successfully, spray painted the first lamps we purchased. Some do-it-yourself projects look so easy!
