My current favorite Trim Healthy Mama dish is the mashed fotatoes that I’m reviewing today. I have made them several times lately, and they are the best. I have always enjoyed mashed potatoes; but since following the THM way of eating, I’ve not had white potatoes and this dish satisfies the texture and taste of mashed potatoes.
The recipe is an S and makes a family serve, or 6 to 8 servings. I am a big fan of this steamed cauliflower dish, the Salesman usually does not ask for seconds. He prefers fresh cauliflower. In fact today, when we ate leftovers for lunch, he fixed a baked potato to go with his meal and I ate his mashed fotatoes… Just being real.
This dish is simple and easy and delicious and found on page 219 of the first cookbook.
