Do you ever get a hankering for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Well, I do, and I did, so I thought I’d try to make the Trim Healthy Mama Peanut Butter Junkie. I would not consider myself a peanut butter junkie; but, I did want peanut butter sandwich.
It was quick as could be to mix it up the Peanut Butter Junkie. Seriously, one step and it was done! The recipe is a Fuel Pull and is on page 481 of the Trim Healthy Mama cookbook. It satisfied my craving for a PB&J.
I used Ezekiel Bread to slather the butter onto one slice. I then smeared Polaner All Fruit Jelly onto the second slice.
Put the two pieces together, sliced on the diagonal, and added a side of fresh blackberries, which came in handy to dip in the peanut butter that oozed out the side of my sandwich.
