While out looking for shoes and a hat for one of my characters in the play, this picture at a local thrift store caught my eye because of the beautiful lamp light.
There really is beauty all around. I like the architecture of the home pictured, as well.
I did find the perfect character shoes for a dollar at another thrift store and, along with our hair and make-up person, decided to use a different hat from the theatre. We had to do a little bit of tweaking to it; but the costume came together and we have our last three shows this weekend.
