Trim Healthy Mama Hubby Lovin Chicken Review

In the American kitchen· Meal on Monday· My Dear Family· Trim Healthy Mama· Victoria Leigh

24 Dec
Merry Christmas Week, Mamas!!!  I hope you are having a joyous holiday season!  Are you ready for Christmas?  I hope so!
Will you be hosting and preparing a Christmas meal?  When we discussed what we wanted to eat this year, guess who voted to go out for Asian food?  You guessed it, The Salesman!  Victoria has made our Christmas dinner menu and I hope to share the meal plans and pictures with you next week.  It involves The Salesman grilling, which means I can be chilling!  Grilling does free up time in the kitchen.  I’m glad that I’m going to have extra hands to help in the kitchen this year…what a blessing!
The recipe I’m reviewing today, Hubby Lovin Chicken, is a definitely make again.  Thumbs up from our household.  It reminds me of a pre-Trim Healthy Mama recipe that I made often, Parmesan Chicken.
Knowing that we are all busy, busy, busy at this time of year, I’m going to get straight to the Trim Healthy Mama Hubby Lovin Chicken details, in case you still have shopping to do, or gifts to wrap (me):

Cookbook:  Trim Healthy Table Cookbook
Chapter:  Oven Baked Meats & Fish
Recipe:  Hubby Lovin Chicken
Serving:  Family Serve – Feeds 6 to 8
Fuel: S – Satisfying
NSI: No special ingredients
DF: Dairy free option offered

This recipe is super easy and is delicious.  One of the steps includes mixing the seasonings together to coat the chicken.  This chicken has a kick to it, a yummy kick.

After fifty minutes of baking, Hubby Lovin Chicken is ready!  I made mashed faux-tatoes and a broccoli, cabbage, kale, chicory salad, topped with cranberries and sunflower seeds, for sides.  Oh my, this is a keeper recipe, mamas!  The chicken is crispy and has a kick to it…oh so tasty!  We had plenty of leftovers, so I plated the leftovers so The Salesman could just pull them out of the refrigerator like a convenience meal.  Here is one of his convenience meals:

Go look this one up in your Trim Healthy Table cookbook, and add the ingredients to your market list.  Enjoy!

And Merry Christmas Eve!!!
