My travels last week took me past a favorite thrifting spot, and I had just a few minutes to stop in and browse. Although I didn’t need anything, and didn’t buy anything, it was enjoyable to look around! I found a set of lovely wall mounted vintage lanterns – the graduated shape, the curves of the smooth metal, the traditional style…all were so beautiful to me. Edison-style bulbs would give an authentic look to these lanterns.
There is so much beauty all around us. Old beauty is all around us, as is the new.
