When I read the recipe and saw there were three variations for the basic Trim Healthy Mama donut, I made all three. Call me an overachiever. Or call me Donut Queen.

The Powdered Cinnamon Sugar Donut was my favorite. Yum. Yum. Yum.
The recipe was easy to make and also had a dairy free option. I did use dairy in my donuts. I also used a Baby Cakes donut maker that Victoria Leigh gave to me several years ago. Yes, we all like donuts and have made many over the years. In the electric donut maker, they took about five minutes to completely bake. If I overfill the little donut shaped indentations in the maker, the donuts have a slight seam around their middle.
