This recipe is so easy, and oh so satisfying, if you have a sweet tooth. The possibilities for molding your Trim Healthy Mama Skinny Chocolate are endless:
Make it in peanut butter candy paper cups
Pour it in chocolate or candy molds
Pour it on a plate
Prepare in a baking pan and use a pizza cutter to cut your pieces
Use your ice cube trays as chocolate molds
Just pour it in a baggie and freeze for easy grab-and-go
Pipe the chocolate into shapes and forms as use as a garnish
Add nuts or berries or coconut to the chocolate
Dip strawberries or other fruits in the Skinny Chocolate
The recipe gives you the option to use either Super Sweet or Gentle Sweet. I usually use the Gentle Sweet because I don’t want to take the time to grind the Super Sweet. You can see flecks of the sweetener in the picture above.
It is a two step, super easy recipe. There is also an option for a peanut version of the skinny chocolate. The last two times I’ve made the Trim Healthy Mama Skinny Chocolate during this holiday season, I have added chopped pecans. It makes it a bit more festive and makes me feel like I’ve made candy!
