I am not sure why I waited so long to make the Trim Healthy Mama ketchup. It is so good and so easy. If you have two minutes, you have time to make this recipe. I put it in an empty brand name bottle the first time I made it and no-one mentioned that they noticed anything different… Mamas, this THM Healthy ketchup is sugar free, unlike most commercial ketchup that is laden with sugar. Your waistline will thank you.

The recipe gave three choices for vinegar and I used apple cider vinegar. The flavor of the Trim Healthy ketchup is good. There were also choices for a sweetener and I selected to use Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet Blend
