Recently I stopped while along the way and enjoyed some wisteria that seemed to call out to me to please stop and come enjoy the beauty.
It was just me and the wisteria.
Just me and the fragrant blooms and twining stems.
I was then inspired to write a little poem:
Standing under the beauty of this ornamental vine,
All seems right with the world. Yes, all is good and fine.
Standing under this lavender to purple curtain
Of a Creator, I am most certain.
There is beauty all around us, In every face and every place.

Wisteria reminds me of a neighbor in Louisiana over 30 years ago. My neighbor had several wisteria in her yard. I had the pleasure of seeing her yard from mine. The twisted vines of the wisteria remind me of how life can get, a twisted mess but if you can get beyond the twisted mess, there is beauty!!! Thank you for helping me as a friend to get beyond my twisted mess to see the beauty of life.
