Trim Healthy Mama Pay Off Day Candies Review

Trim Healthy Mama

11 May

This recipe got a two thumbs up from The Salesman three years ago and the same is true today.  I’ve made them many times and we agree, Pay Off Day Candies are delicious.  They are a Trim Healthy version of the PayDay candy bar.  And, the Trim Healthy Mama version won’t harm your health or your waistline.

If have the Trim Healthy Mama cookbook, you can make these tasty treats!  Click the link below to get your own cookbook and start on your healthy journey:

Cookbook:  Trim Healthy Mama

Chapter:  Candies and Bars

Page: 381

Recipe: Pay Off Day Candies

Serving: Makes about 16 candies

Fuel: S – Satisfying

NSI: No Special Ingredients – If you use your favorite on-plan sweetener

I thought the recipe was simple and easy to make and follow. It was just two steps to yum!  And since it requires no special ingredients, you use products you purchase at your local grocery store to make this recipe.  I did use the Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet because it doesn’t mess with your blood sugar and it has a really good sweet taste.  I’m always pleased when the picture I take of the finished dish that I’ve made resembles the one in the cookbook!  And they were really good, you all. And more importantly, The Salesman really liked them! Yes!  If you are new to the Trim Healthy lifestyle, this is an excellent recipe to start your journey to health.  I hope you try them, you will like them.

Enjoy!
