Finding Beauty in Every Face & Place – The Light is Breaking Through

A Beautiful Life

3 Oct

Thursday morning while prayer walking in our yard, I was delighted to see the early morning sun shining through our stately trees. I paused my walk and just enjoyed the rays of sunlight bursting through the dark green backdrop of leaves. As I stood there, it seemed that the sunlight was shining directly on me.  The rainbow circles and colorful rings of light seemed to dance and move in rhythm as I swayed in wonder of such a beautiful display. The natural sunlight is especially important during this season to get our daily dose of vitamin D and boost our immune systems; but, there is One who is Light and there is no darkness in Him.  Friends, be encouraged in your walk today.  Darkness seems prevalent and vies to pull a dark canopy over us eclipsing the light of life.  This present darkness will not last forever, the Light, the True Eternal Light is coming!  Guaranteed, He will return in splendor.  It will be grander than any glimpse I experience in our yard.

I’m looking for Him. I am looking for the Light on a daily basis.  He is here.  He sheds light and life upon our pathways.  I want to live *By The Lamp Light* today, and every day.  Look for Him with me. We will find Him.  I pray that as you go about this weekend that the sunlight, and Son light, shines down on you.

Look up, my friends, there is beauty all around us.
