My Dear Family

I just returned home from the visitation of my grandpa Garrett’s last living sibling. It’s very sad – the end of an earthly era in our family. I always thought my mama resembled my aunt that just passed and I’m just going to tell you, I stood at the casket and thought of my own mama and how very much I miss her. I am so thankful for the blessings of family. And today, I’m especially thankful for my Carroll nose and that caskets aren’t the end; but a so long, I’ll see you again.
