I’d never heard the term – have you? It’s a snackY, small size dinner. Call it what you’d like 
it was the perfect girls day meal for us when the salesman was on the road. She sprinkled red grapes on top and sliced up a ripe-and-ready-to-eat farmers market tomato to go with our GirlDinner – we also slid some turkey bacon on one of the wraps. It was perfectly delicious!
