Here’s the recipe for one serving:2 organic apples (I use Gala apples from Aldi)
2-3 medjool dates – also from Aldi
A dab Cinnamon Bark vitality oil – from my oil store or use 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dice the apples, remove the pit from the dates and blend in the Vitamix till smooth. And, a dab will do ya of the cinnamon bark oil.
