Happy May Day Flowers for everyone!
And, Happy Scripture Memory Team Day! I just love the start of a new month and learning a new verse!
Our verse we are memorizing this month is:
“Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well.”
1 Thess 2:8b
l love that our Lord and Savior came not only to save our souls; but to walk with us in the daily rhythms of life.
He shared life with family and community.
He took walks and had friends and went to weddings and funerals.
Jesus didn’t just die for us, He lived with us!
I love that we to have the opportunity to do life together, to walk each other home.
Join in memorizing the Word this month and be a part of the Scripture Memory Team. It’s a way for us to do life together! We will know the Word, be able to rehearse the Word, and encourage one another with the Word.
This is a dual duty post because I’ve been thinking and praying often for my children lately.
I love that Jesus prayed with His friends.
This month in my Instagram stories, we have another opportunity to do life together as I start a new prayer focus and begin “The Power of PRAYING for Your Adult Children” by Stormie Omartian. I’d like to invite you to join in as we pray for a few minutes every day for our adult children. No matter our children’s age, or stage, we always want to cover them in prayer.
You don’t have to have the book, let’s just pray together.
