We welcome October with the continuous hymn of heaven:
“Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is come.” Revelation 4:8b
This months Scripture memory verse is a timely truth I can apply to my experience of the storm this week. The eternal Lord God Almighty was before the hurricane. I personally experienced His protection in getting the Salesman’s car out of the garage and watching from the porch while the 65 foot white pine fell onto our garage. And I believe He is here in the loss and devastation afterwards. And we have the hope that one day to come friends, The Lord is going to split open the eastern sky and return for His own – oh hallelujah! What a day. I pray you are ready for His return.
