Our oldest daughter, Audra Elizabeth has been eating the Trim Healthy Mama way for the last year. Needless-to-say, we have tried some of her recipes (she and Matthew have lived with us for over a year and a half). I have featured many of her recipes lately. They are going to be moving to their own home on July 1st (insert tears and joy here). I am going to miss her and him so much. It has been a joy to have them here; but we also know that the “fullness of time has come” and it is time for them to move on. I am not thrilled, though.
The recipe I am sharing today is one of her recipes for Zero Carb Pizza. The recipe picture she sent me has @ Karen Kingsbury on it as you can see!
I did tweak the recipe a bit to make the crust mixture fit completely in our jelly roll pan, I added two more eggs and two more cups of cheese. It was perfect. And here is a picture of the final pizza – it was delicious!!!
For toppings, I used:
marinara
pesto
grilled chicken
tomatoes
spinach
onion
cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
