Trim Healthy Mama Nuke Queen’s Awesome Bread Recipe & Review

Trim Healthy Mama

27 Jul

If you are looking for an easy-peasy sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free bread, look no further!  And this one can be made in the microwave which is a bonus in this heat! Now, I did bake my loaf in the oven late one evening; but, it was still so quick and easy to make! And it is so healthy, Mamas!  The bread is delicious warm from the oven with a bit of butter and a generous smear of sugar free jam.  The loaf sliced easily with my electric knife even though it was warm and the texture of the bread was firm and held together well. I also used the bread to make us sandwiches for lunch. The size of the Nuke Queen’s Awesome Bread slices was more like a half to two-thirds of a regular slice of bread.  It was a great carb alternative and it was sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy free!  So healthy! I truly liked the bread. Someone else in our household ate it; but, did not make any positive comments about it! So, I will give it one thumbs up, and The Salesman would give it an “I was served it” nanu-nanu.

And here is the link for the Trim Healthy Mama Nuke Queen’s Awesome Bread recipe so that you can read the recipe over and be amazed at how few ingredients it takes to prepare it, and give it a try.  If you want to use the Trim Healthy Table Cookbook, here are all the cookbook details for finding the recipe:

Cookbook:  Trim Healthy Table Cookbook (click the link to buy a cookbook)

Chapter:  Breads, Wraps, Biscuits & Loaves

Page: 245

Recipe: Nuke Queen’s Awesome Bread

Serving: Makes 1 Loaf

Fuel: FP – Fuel Pull

For NSI – No Special Ingredients – Use a grocery store on plan sweetener and use the frugal flour option; but note that this will take this bread from a FP to an S (Satisfying).

And if you want to make it according to the recipe, you can order the Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend by clicking the link, or you can check out making your own baking blend version like the one that Briana Thomas makes by clicking here  I have made Briana’s Baking Blend and like it.

I used the half teaspoon of  THM Super Sweet to make the Nuke Queen’s Awesome Bread; but, you can buy an on plan sweetener from the grocery store, too.

What jam did I use? I am glad you asked!   I buy the Polaner All Fruit in Blackberry, Raspberry, and Strawberry – and smeared the Seedless Blackberry on the bread. It was so good.  The Salesman likes the strawberry.

Try it out my friends! It is quick, easy, healthy, and delicious!

Enjoy!
