You can say:
Marinated Flat Iron Steak
With a side of Killer Green Beans
Recipe for Marinated Flat Iron Steak:
1 1/2 pound flat iron steak
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup coconut amino’s
1/2 teaspoon mineral salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 drops black pepper vitality oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate the steak for one hour before cooking.
2. Fry the steak in a hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Discard the marinade. These steaks taste best at medium rare.
