Pausing to appreciate the beauty before me as I prepare to make applesauce. Here’s the recipe for one serving: 2 organic apples (I use Gala apples from Aldi) 2-3 medjool dates - also from Aldi A dab Cinnamon Bark vitality oil - from my oil store or use 1/4 tsp cinnamon Dice the apples, remove the pit from the dates and blend in the Vitamix till smooth.
