Blueberry Breakfast Cookies

Victoria and I tried out a blueberry breakfast cookie recipe revamp this month and they were our favorites so far!     Made with our favorite cashew butter in the batter and iced them with Blue Vanilla Frosting cashew butter! Lifting up the flag of Israel

I took this picture of my friend Debby lifting up the flag of Israel on September 19, 2015 and have thought of this image often in recent days. I love the lifting up, and looking up, motion. Then there is the clear angel outline in the light reflection in the lower right hand corner- do you see that? I love that the world on the screen is surrounded by light and has an inverted funnel of light above it, then the large light shines down from above, and other lights are all around and coming down. ... Chickens!!! For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted chickens - so much so that when my kids were younger they use to say, “Mom, what do you want for your ____(fill in the occasion)… And it can’t be chickens!” Because one of the handful of *things* that the Salesman has said *no* to me about was having chickens.
