Memory Monday & First Sign of Spring

Memory Monday· Teens· Thanksgiving

9 Feb

Merry Memory Monday! I tucked Proverbs 11:30 in my heart this week.Proverbs 11:30The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise wins souls.Proverbs 11:30Let's check and see how I did (especially on the last phrase that was like a tongue twister!). Yeah! I got it! I want to bear the fruit of a righteous life and yes, I also want to be wise. Lord, allow my path to cross with those whose souls need winning for Your kingdom. This verse corresponds to a theme our pastor is currently ... Read More about Memory Monday & First Sign of Spring

Snow in Mountains

My Dear Family· Teens· The Salesman· The Whole Earth is Full of His Glory

6 Feb

When the Salesman commented that I should get a picture of the view out of my kitchen window, I knew it had to be good. Sometimes I wonder if my family thinks I take too many pictures, so the Salesman's sweet request, blessed my heart. And was the view ever picture worthy and just singing "The whole earth is full of His glory!" I was ready to wash dishes all day long!Schools in our area have been closed all week. A Slice of Auntie Heaven

Fun· My Dear Family· Outside My Comfort Zone· Teens· Thanksgiving

31 Jan

I've been in Auntie heaven the last three days. My precious four year old niece has been visiting. We met the Salesman's brother and his wife as they were on their way to a retreat, And gladly buckled our dear deposit in her car seat. Audra took on the role of Most Adored Librarian, As compassionate niece and teen enjoyed the stories read on the way home. Oh, I loved having three ladies in the back seat. Once we were home, it was outside to play and Chase Lilly Belle, And play in the bird bath ... Read More about A Slice of Auntie Heaven
