I paused to enjoy the grocery store flowers and quite marveled at the mix of colors added in with the pink carnations. At first, I wasn’t sure they belonged together. Baptism of the branches
On the eve of what would’ve been Grandma Mavis’s 99th birthday, I am giving these magnolia branches “a good bath” as she would say when I cleaned house for her and she wanted something REALLY clean.
